Primeramente, debemos aceptar ciertas verdades irrefutables:<\/p>\n

  1. Los sistemas de reparto son inviables, por el incremento del n\u00famero de jubilados, en relaci\u00f3n a las personas que trabajan. Esto est\u00e1 avalado por la situaci\u00f3n insostenible de los sistemas de reparto en numerosos pa\u00edses del mundo.<\/li>\n
  2. La precariedad del mercado laboral, la debilidad del crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y la automatizaci\u00f3n de funciones atenta contra la capacidad de ahorro de los trabajadores<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Siguiendo una l\u00f3gica estrictamente econ\u00f3mica, los trabajadores con capacidad de ahorro debieran evitar el ahorro previsional. Ello porque, sin cotizar, el trabajador recibir\u00e1, a su edad de jubilaci\u00f3n, un aporte solidario, de cargo estatal de aproximadamente cien mil pesos. Si decide cotizar, en caso de lograr un ahorro de veinte millones de pesos (cifra apenas alcanzable, para la mayor\u00eda de los trabajadores) ello constituir\u00e1 un esfuerzo in\u00fatil, ya que dicho fondo le generar\u00e1 una pensi\u00f3n de cien mil pesos, monto que recibir\u00eda aunque no hubiera cotizado.<\/p>\n

    Los valores que utilic\u00e9 son aproximados y v\u00e1lido para hombres solteros. En el caso de mujeres y personas casadas, el escenario es peor, en cuanto a que se requiere mayor ahorro previsional.<\/p>\n

    La mejor forma que veo, para alinear incentivos, es que la pensi\u00f3n solidaria sea universal. De esta forma, cualquier ahorro previsional, por bajo que sea, significar\u00e1 aumentar la pensi\u00f3n y no reemplazar el origen del financiamiento como ocurre hoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
